Your job
- Complex information processing and correspondence in German, French and English
- Advising customers over the phone and at the counter
- Accounting and invoicing
- Working in the Marketing department, e.g. on a new advertising campaign
- Processing orders
- Organising meetings and events

- You have finished secondary school (Sekundarschule)
- You have an excellent knowledge of German and good knowledge of English and French
- You are interested in business tasks and enjoy working on a computer (typing)

Your future
After you’ve completed your commercial apprenticeship, you will be a sought-after specialist in all areas of business and administration, with the opportunity to specialise and continue training in a range of fields (e.g. purchasing, sales, export, marketing, finance, HR). You can also get your vocational diploma and start on a degree at a technical college or higher technical college.
